Statemint is a PDF bank Transactions extractor that pulls transactions from uploaded documents and generates CSV/XLSX/JSON outputs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: If you create an account, we receive identifiers and profile info from our authentication provider (for example, email address).
• Uploaded documents: PDFs you upload for conversion and any derived artifacts needed to process the file (for example, page images or text).
• Extraction outputs: The transactions and metadata produced from your file (for example, date/description/amount fields).
• Usage and diagnostics: Basic logs and operational data (for example, request timing and error messages) to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the conversion service (upload, extract, export, download).
• Authenticate users, enforce usage limits, and support billing-related features.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve extraction quality.
• Protect the service from spam, fraud, and abuse.

Sharing and Third-Party Processors

To run Statemint, we use third-party infrastructure. Your content may be processed by these providers solely to provide the conversion service, such as:

• Secure cloud storage for uploads and exports.
• Document analysis/OCR services.
• AI Models used for extraction when configured..
• Authentication and account management.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if required to comply with law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Data Retention

Export files for signed-in accounts are retained for up to 14 days to support re-downloads. Metadata and account history may be retained longer to operate the service safely. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to authorized personnel and providers.

Cookies and Local Storage
